IxLoad is a scalable solution for testing converged multiplay services, application delivery platforms, and security devices and systems. IxLoad emulates data, voice, and video subscribers and associated protocols to ensure quality of experience (QoE). IxLoad also applies malware and distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks for security effectiveness and accuracy testing.

IxLoad-Attack addresses testing of security devices with known vulnerabilities, DDoS attacks and IPsec encryption for VPN gateways. Authentication mechanisms, including 802.1x and NAC are tested as well.

Achieve a true measure of network service experience by crowd sourcing information from each and every subscriber. TAP Essential™ from Wadaro is the Network Experience Monitoring solution that implements data gathering from within subscriber SIM cards. Simply install a TAP enabled SIM card into a device to add it to the many already reporting on each customer’s experience.

TAP Essential™ is affordable, simple to deploy and reveals key performance indicators that cannot be achieved using traditional solutions such as drive test and core network probing

TAP Essential™ provides operators with a method of monitoring call termination that is totally independent from any make and model of network element. Included in reporting is the time of the call, location, device used and cause information to include network failure, network loss and others derived by TAP.

TAP Essential™ enables operators to observe the trend behaviour of devices throughout the time they are in use. Any make and model of device that systematically exhibits incorrect behaviour will be highlighted. Any incorrect interaction between the device and the network will also be highlighted.

Ciqual

CIQUAL brings a new level of customer experience visibility and management to mobile operators. Ciqual’s Session Insight system delivers the most accurate, real-time, dynamic view of mobile broadband service and user experience. Using Session Insight mobile operators can now at a glance and in detail, understand service performance and true customer experience.

Every session experience of each mobile broadband user is examined in real time from the end users’ device to deliver key customer experience indicators, delivering a new level of mobile broadband customer experience visibility and management. CIQUAL provides customer centre representatives useful insight to the end user experience, enabling them to quickly identify and address network problems. The web based interface provides a graphic record of preceding sessions and also enables the care representatives to conduct quality tests in real time, with the customer on call.
